Faithful Pet Memorial Bamboo Clasp Urn
Our Bamboo Clasp urn is a beautiful resting place for your pet, leaving their cremated remains easily accessible to you. All ashes are enclosed in a clear bag within the urn, and tied closed with your pet’s individual aquamation token which has followed them throughout the entire process.
Name only engraving is included with this option (1 line). Extra engraving is available (up to 4 additional lines) for $35 + tax. The size of the urn will be selected by our team as needed – unless otherwise requested.
Currently available for pets up to 15lbs only. For larger pets, please select from our Whitewash Clasp Urn, Cherry Clasp Urn or Burlap Pouch.

Pocket Pet Glass Vial
Our unique Pocket Pet Glass Vial makes the perfect final resting place for your beloved hamster, rat, gerbil, or other pocket pet. Your pet’s ashes are carefully placed within the glass vial (measuring 2.5″ tall by 1″ wide), which is sealed with a cork. Your pet’s individual aquamation token which has followed them throughout the entire process is tied around the neck of the glass vial with twine, along with a sweet little “made with love” charm. Please note: unfortunately this urn cannot be personalized/engraved.
Ceramic Bunny Urn
Our unique Ceramic Bunny urn is designed specifically as a final resting place for your beloved rabbit. Available in your choice of 3 different colours (black, white or sand) and standing approximately 3.5″ high by 4″ deep, this beautiful urn features a rubber stopper on the bottom for easy access to the cremated remains, if desired. All ashes are enclosed in a clear bag within the urn, and tied closed with your pet’s individual aquamation token which has followed them throughout the entire process. Available for pets up to 4lbs. Please note: unfortunately this urn cannot be personalized/engraved.

This pendant contains a small portion of your pet’s ashes and includes a black cord (or rope) to tie securely around your neck. 1” in diameter.

Clay Paw Print Impression – $60 + tax
This beautiful white clay paw print features a wooden heart “love” charm and is personalized with your pet’s name. An acrylic stand is included to display this special keepsake. Dimensions of paw print impression depend on the size of your pet, and the correct size will be chosen accordingly by our compassionate team.
*NEW* Smudge Fund Memorial Candle – $40 + Tax
This unique “Paws to Remember” memorial candle has been created exclusively for MMVHS/FPM and is a perfect way to honour your loved one while paying it forward to another family who may not otherwise be able to afford to say goodbye to their beloved pets in the comfort and privacy of home. These locally made, hand-poured, soy wax aromatherapy candles are non-toxic for both humans and pets and feature notes of smooth sandalwood, a hint of exotic saffron, and earthy cedar, bringing a cozy, woodsy vibe to your home. Each limited edition candle is 16 oz, has a burn time of approximately 50 hours and includes a gift tag for personalization. $20 from each candle purchase will be donated to the Smudge Fund. Keepsake Wooden Ornament – $70 + tax
Our team will transform your pet’s ink paw print into a beautiful keepsake wooden ornament. As the token is approximately 4″ in diameter, your pet’s paw print may be shrunk down to size. Please note: This ornament comes bundled with your pet’s original framed ink paw print. A digitally enhanced version of your pet’s ink print used to create this special item will also be provided to you via email in PDF format.
Alternatively, if you already have a PDF file of your pet’s paw print, you can email this to us at info@faithfulpetmemorial.ca and we can create the ornament for $25 + tax.

Our team will take an impression of your pet’s nose, using ink onto card stock. This item will be beautifully displayed in a vertical black photo frame (either 4×6’’ or 5×7’’ depending on the size of the pet). White frame available by request.

Keepsake Tooth – $25 + tax
Following the aquamation process, teeth generally remain intact and can be a unique memento from your beloved pet. While our team cannot guarantee that teeth will be available as a memorial item, we will make every effort to recover a tooth from your pet at the end of the process and display it in our special keepsake glass jar. Note: Only available for private aquamation.

Microchip – $25 + tax
Following the gentle aquamation process, microchips can sometimes be recovered. These can make a very personal and unique keepsake for pet parents following the passing of their beloved pet. If requested prior to private aquamation, we will do our best to return this special item to the family, but due to their tiny size, there is always a possibility that the microchip may not be recoverable.
Pocket Paws – $75 + tax
This collection of 5 resin paws includes a small portion of your pet’s ashes in each paw so you can carry your beloved pet’s memory with you all day long. Each paw measures approximately 1”x 1” and the colours included are (1) purple, (1) green, (1) orange, (1) blue, and (1) pink. Our pocket paws make a great keepsake for households with multiple family members, or for those looking to keep the memory of your pet in different places that are meaningful to you.

This unique piece of art is handcrafted in-house by our memorial item design specialist, and customized with your pet’s paw print as the petals of the flowers. We use watercolour paint to create this piece and offer 2 different colour palettes to choose from – pastel or dark. Please note that the number of paw prints displayed and their shape may be affected by the type of pet and the size of his/her paws. The dimensions are as follows:

Pawpals Memorial Shadow Box – $110 + tax
This personalized shadow box allows you to combine several special keepsakes from your beloved pet into one beautiful memorial item. Each shadow box can be uniquely customized based on your wishes and can include any (or all) of the following: your pet’s name, paw print impression, fur clipping, whisker clipping, small portion of ashes, unique aquamation ID token, tooth and microchip. You may wish to add a special photo of your beloved pet (6.25”L x 4.75″W) or a favourite poem on the opposite panel.
Dimensions: 7.5”L x 5.75”W x 1.25”D.
Note: this item is only available with private aquamation. Every effort will be made to retrieve a tooth and microchip (if requested), but we cannot guarantee that these items will be retrievable for your pet.
Memorial Stone – $175 + tax
This beautiful paw shaped memorial stone is custom made in house by our compassionate aftercare team to honour your faithful pet. It contains a small portion of your pet’s cremated/aquamated remains (i.e. ashes) and can be engraved with your pet’s name, dates of significance and/or a personalized message (max. 3 lines with 25 characters per line including spaces). The stone is approximately 13″ in diameter and about 2″ thick. The material used for this special item is solid concrete, which is made to sustain the outdoor elements all year round. The stone is intended to lay flat in your outdoor garden but can also be kept indoors if you prefer. Please note: stone colour may slightly vary based on ash/concrete ratio. Kindly allow up to 3 weeks for completion of this item, and must be picked up from our hospice centre (i.e. not available by courier delivery). This memorial stone can also be ordered without ash material and can be given as a unique and heartfelt gift in memory of a beloved pet – please kindly consult our team for further information.
Memorial Photo Session – $225 + tax
A memorial photo session can be a beautiful way to honour your pet after they have passed and can also help you process your grief. Our compassionate aftercare team will gently groom your pet in preparation for the photo session, and rest him/her amongst a beautiful bed of flowers within our centre. We will send you a minimum of 3 different photos, all taken on our professional camera and edited by our team. If there are any special items you would like to have photographed with your pet (i.e. a toy, a blanket, etc.) or any particular feature you would like us to focus on (i.e. nose, paws, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
